What's your return policy?
Please note: All exchanges or returns should be mailed in a padded envelope or box, and should be insured since I am not responsible for any items lost during transit.
(1) Defective Products. I will accept returns on website purchases. In order to do so, customer must contact me via email or phone within 2 days after successful delivery arrival. All defective products have to be returned with all contents. I will re-send exact item. If the item is unavailable I will give refund or exchange for another item. The customer is liable to confirm with Essentials from Erin service team for an advisable shipping method.
(2) Non-defective Products. Products that are not defective cannot be returned for refund or replacement. I provide actual photos as well as additional photos of all products so you know exactly what your purchasing. I am unable to give refunds for items you deem you don't like.
Prior to returning the product, contact Essentials from Erin customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to Essentials from Erin must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Essentials from Erin without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products".
