FAQ's

How do I measure my wrist or ankle circumference?

The most accurate way is to use a flexible tape measure. Measure right around your wrist or ankle bone. If you do not have a flexible tape measure, you can also use a piece of string, piece of paper, or any flexible material: simply wrap the material around your wrist or ankle bone, make a note of where it has wrapped around it, and then put the material next to a ruler. You now have your wrist or ankle circumference (size). If you want to order a link style bracelet, we recommend to add ½ inch to the measurement for a comfortable fit. If you want to order a cuff style bracelet, use the measured size without adding the extra ½ inch.

How long does it take to prepare my order?
Your order is usually processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and is then shipped via your chosen US Postal Service shipping method.

I’m buying a gift. How do I know what size to select?
Gift giving can be tricky if you do not know the gift recipient’s wrist or ankle size. One way to decide what size to order is to measure your own wrist or ankle and compare it to that of the person to which you are giving the item.

Do you ship to my country?
I may ship too many countries. I reserve the right to refuse shipment of certain items to certain countries due to fraud incidences.

How do I clean my diffuser jewelry?

Cleaning your plated jewelry needs to be done carefully, as the plated layer is thin. It is suggested that you wipe off your jewelry with a soft cloth after use, and try to avoid dropping the oils directly on the jewelry.

Every 1-2 weeks, you may also choose to clean any silver plated jewelry with a mild solution of dish soap and warm water to maintain the shine.

What's the purpose of diffusing jewelry?

Synthetic fragrances are loaded with harmful chemicals that the manufacturers are not required to disclose. Trade in your Chanel No. for diffuser jewelry paired with fresh oils such as jasmine, rose, or lavender. You’ll protect your health, save a lot of money, and smell much better.

Aromatherapy jewelry allows you to enjoy essential oils in a stylish, yet discreet, way. Do you have a favorite essential oil that relieves your stress or uplifts your mood? Bring it with you while you work, travel, or drive your kids around for an instant pick-me-up anytime you need it. Life can be stressful, so rock your diffuser bracelet or necklace and reap the calming benefits all day long.

How do I diffuse my jewelry?

To use your bracelet, place a small amount of essential oil on 1-3 of the clay beads. Make sure to apply the oil on the part of the bead that faces away from your skin. Because essential oils are very concentrated, it’s best to avoid applying them directly to skin undiluted except in very specific situations. For example, lavender can sometimes be helpful when applied neat to a small, minor burn.
Here’s my method: I place one drop of essential oil on a plate and dip the outside of each clay bead in it. When the smell fades I add more essential oil to the bracelet. Some oils have quite a bit of staying power and can last for several days, while others will fade more quickly.

What is Chakra?

The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to “wheel”. In yoga and meditation this is referring to the wheels throughout your body that transform into energy, throughout your entire body. There are seven main chakras that align the spine.

Each of your seven chakras contains bundles of nerves and major organs as well as many psychological, emotional and spiritual states of being. It is extremely important to keep your chakras open and aligned to prevent and encourage a proper energy flow.

Your mind, body, and soul are all connected in a beautiful circular manner and having awareness of each chakra can help heal imbalances in one area of the body and bring all of the others back into balance.

First Chakra- is the chakra of stability and security that ties into our basic needs as human beings. It’s our root chakra and it needs to be nurtured. When it is balanced and open we feel a sense of safety and security.

Second Chakra- is our creativity and sexual center. It is located right above the pubic bone and it is the main source of creativity.

Third Chakra- is the area between your belly button and breastbone. It relates to our sense of personal power and how we feel about ourselves and self-esteem.

Fourth Chakra- is the heart chakra and is responsible for uniting the upper and low chakras in the body. It is our source of love and connection to the world and other people around us. When we keep our heart chakra open, anything is possible.

Fifth Chakra- is also known as the throat chakra and is helps us to unlock our deepest emotions and speak our highest truth. If this chakra is stagnant and the energy flow is limited, we are notable to openly express our emotions and that leads to underlying resentment and discontent.

Sixth Chakra- is also known as the third eye chakra and relates to your intuition and ability to listen to our gut instinct.

Seventh Chakra- is located at the top or crown of the head helps us to achieve spiritual connection and self-awareness. To achieve a sense of love, light, and enlightenment and lead us to divine realization this chakra needs to be open.

How the chakras relate to our lives

We are conditioned to believe that when we are upset it is because something happened to us that caused the upset. However, this is exactly backwards.

When an upsetting event occurs, such as pain, disease or discomfort in the body, or an "outer" circumstance such as losing a job or a relationship, that occurrence is a reflection of an "upset" that was already within us, usually below our conscious awareness.

For example, let's say your husband or wife wants a divorce and you feel upset. The event of your partner wanting a divorce is a manifestation of a part of you that is "divorced" from another part of you – a place where you have pulled away from yourself.

However we experience being treated by someone else is a reflection of how we treat ourselves, which is how we believe (usually unconsciously) we SHOULD be treated.

The chakras would reflect the beliefs as well, most likely in the solar plexus and heart in this example, as well as the throat and the first two chakras, to varying degrees. All the organs and cells in the areas of the body related to the chakras would also be affected.
